While the backpacks contain a lot of gear in them we made them lightweight and portable to be usable in more situations. The backpacks are designed to be a solid base that you can personalise with your own additions if you wish.

How long will the backpack last?

We have filled the backpacks with components that have a shelf life of a minimum 5 years if stored in a cool and dry environment (Except for the toothpaste and hand sanitiser which is 2 years). We offer a replenishment service where we will replace any expiring items with brand new items for a nominal fee. We will contact you prior to your 5 year purchase anniversary to discuss. If you need to replace anything sooner please contact us via email or livechat.

Where is Crisis Bunker located?

Crisis Bunker is owned and operated by Kiwi's located at 8 / 38 Ashley Place, Papamoa, Bay of Plenty, NZ.

Where do you deliver to?

We dispatch from our Papamoa Warehouse in the Bay of Plenty and deliver to all addresses across New Zealand including rural addresses via Courierpost. From the time the order is placed you can generally expect your order to be delivered within 5 working days, in many cases much faster. Your delivery may potentially be slightly longer if addressed to rural addresses and when there is excess strain on the courier network. We do not not ship outside of NZ.

20 Year Shelf life from manufacture. We get our rations new from the manufacturer so these rations will have a shelf life till 2040 at least.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour 60%, vegetable oil (palm), sugar, glucose syrup, water, salt, raising agent: sodium carbonate, flavoring extracts

We have filled the backpacks with components that have a shelf life of a minimum 5 years if stored in a cool and dry environment (Except for the toothpaste which is 2 years). We offer a replenishment service where we will replace any expiring items with brand new items for a nominal fee. We will contact you prior to your 5 year purchase anniversary to discuss. If you need to replace anything sooner please contact us via email or livechat.

Where do you deliver to?

We dispatch from our Papamoa Warehouse in the Bay of Plenty and deliver to all addresses across New Zealand including rural addresses via Courierpost. From the time the order is placed you can generally expect your order to be delivered within 5 working days, in many cases much faster. Your delivery may potentially be slightly longer if addressed to rural addresses and when there is excess strain on the courier network. We do not not ship outside of New Zealand.

5 Year Shelf life from manufacture. We get our rations fresh from the manufacture so these rations will have a minimum of 4 years shelf life remaining when delivered.
