What kind of disasters can your Lockers be used for?

We considered the most common emergencies faced in Aotearoa — earthquakes, flooding, tsunamis, wildfires, volcanoes, cyclones, tornadoes, evacuations, and shelter-in-place orders — and designed the Resilience Lockers to provide practical support for each scenario. Unlike backpacks, which are built to be lightweight and portable, the lockers offer a larger, fixed cache of resources to sustain groups for longer. Each locker is a strong foundation for preparedness, and you can personalise it further with additional supplies to suit your community’s needs.

How long will the Locker last?

We’ve stocked the Resilience Lockers with components that have a minimum 5-year shelf life when stored in a cool, dry environment (with the exception of hygiene supplies, which should be rotated every couple of years). We offer a replenishment service to replace any expiring items with fresh stock for a nominal fee. Before your 5-year purchase anniversary, we’ll be in touch to discuss renewal. If you need to replace anything earlier, just reach out to us by email or live chat.
