This website is operated by Crisis Bunker Limited. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Crisis Bunker Limited, and "you" means anyone who visits the site or buys from us.
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted by Shopify, who provide the platform we sell through.
1. Using this site
You must be 18 or older to buy from us, or have a parent or guardian's consent.
You agree not to use this site for anything unlawful, to upload malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with how the site runs, or to post anything abusive, misleading or infringing.
We may refuse or cancel an order, or restrict access to the site, if these terms are breached.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We try to show colours and images accurately, but screens vary and the product you receive may look slightly different.
Prices, product descriptions and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or decline orders that look like they are for resale.
Occasionally an error slips through on pricing, availability or product information. If that happens we may correct it or cancel the order, even after you have placed it, and we will refund you in full. Nothing here allows us to keep your money for an order we cannot fill.
3. Your order
Please give us accurate contact, billing and delivery details, and keep them up to date so we can process your order and reach you if needed.

4. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
If you are buying for business purposes, you agree the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.
5. Information on this site
Content on this site is provided for general information. Some of it, including anything relating to emergency preparedness, is general guidance only and is not a substitute for advice from Civil Defence, emergency services or a qualified professional. In an emergency, follow official instructions.
We may update or change the content of this site at any time, and we are not obliged to keep historical information current.
6. Third party links and tools
The site may link to or use third party sites and tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Please read their terms before using them.
7. Feedback and submissions
If you send us ideas, suggestions or comments, we may use them without restriction, without payment and without any obligation to keep them confidential or reply. Do not send us anything you want to keep private or claim ownership of.
We may remove any content posted to our site that we consider unlawful, offensive or in breach of these terms.

Subject to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising from your use of this site.
Where we are liable and the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
9. Privacy
Personal information you give us is handled under our Privacy Policy.
10. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the changes.
