Refund policy

Returns
You have 100 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at admin@crisisbunker.co.nz. If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will make it right.

What we cannot return
Custom or special order items, sale items and gift cards. Get in touch if you are unsure about your item.

Exchanges
The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. If it has been longer than that, email us at admin@crisisbunker.co.nz.
