Crisis Bunker builds practical emergency preparedness solutions that empower marae and communities to protect themselves before outside help arrives, strengthening mana motuhake and long-term resilience.
Vision
Every whānau protected, prepared and resilient.
Purpose
To save lives through capability, not dependency.
Mission
A national network of emergency resources, training and Resilience systems so nobody is left
waiting for help that may never arrive.
Our Story
When disaster strikes, emergency services cannot reach everyone fast enough. Resilience
begins at home, on our marae and in our communities.
Mana motuhake means having the capability to respond from our own ātea. Crisis Bunker exists to support that kaupapa, helping communities shift from reactive to proactive, from dependent to independent, from vulnerable to prepared.
