Shipping policy
Crisis Bunker ships household emergency backpacks NZ wide, including rural addresses. We do not ship internationally.
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is on its way, we will send you tracking details so you can follow it through to your door.
Delivery times after dispatch:
- North Island: overnight
- South Island: 2 business days
- Rural addresses: allow an extra day or two
Standard delivery runs Monday to Friday. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Please check your delivery address
Your order confirmation email shows the delivery address we have for you. Please check it as soon as it arrives. Browsers and saved checkout details can fill in an old address without you noticing, and we have no way of knowing it is wrong at our end.
If the address is wrong, contact us straight away at admin@crisisbunker.co.nz. If we have not dispatched yet, we will change it, no problem. Once a parcel is with the courier we may not be able to redirect it, and if it is delivered to an address you gave us and cannot be recovered, we may not be able to replace it free of charge. We will always work with you to find a fair way forward.
If something holds your order up, whether that is stock, courier delays or anything else, we will contact you as soon as we know and let you know where things are at.
