Shipping policy
Crisis Bunker delivers product NZ wide including rural addresses. We do not ship internationally.
Crisis Bunker will make its best practical effort to get your purchased product dispatched and delivered to your address as soon as possible. You will be advised expected delivery time frames for your order at checkout when you order.
Courier pickups from our distribution centre are around 5pm and we require at least a couple of hours to process and pack your order so any orders after 3pm on weekdays cannot be guaranteed for 'overnight delivery'. Standard delivery is Monday to Friday. We do not offer Saturday delivery unless previously organised.
If there is an issue with your order where a purchased product may be out of stock or unable to be sent without a delay we will contact you ASAP to discuss a way forward.
