For hauora, iwi social services and community providers

Packs for the whānau you already visit.

Three preparedness ranges, supplied in volume to the organisations getting them into the community. Bulk pricing, purchase orders, your logo and plan in the handbook, hand delivered and stacked where your kaimahi can actually get at them.

Pack contents laid out

Make it yours

The pack can carry your name, not just ours

A short list, because we would rather do a few things properly than promise everything. Anything outside it, ask and we will give you a straight answer.

  • Your handbook. Your logo and your own emergency plan printed into the handbook inside every pack. Minimum order quantity applies.
  • Your service card. Your contact details inserted in each pack, so the household has your number in their hand on the day they need it.
  • Mixed sizes on one order. Match the pack to the household rather than issuing one size across your whole caseload. A kaumātua living alone should not be handed 8.5kg.
  • Split delivery. One order, delivered across as many of your sites as you need.

Delivery and handover

We do not courier you a pallet and wish you luck

Packs that sit in a locked storeroom nobody has the key to have not helped anyone. So we bring them to you ourselves and set them up so your team can get moving.

  • Hand delivered. We bring the order in person and put the packs where they are most accessible for the kaimahi doing the distribution.
  • Handover briefing. 45 minutes with your team before the first pack goes out: what to say at the door, what to tell the household to add, where it should be stored.
  • Documentation. Inventory list and expiry schedule for your asset register, supplied with the order.
  • Then we stay in touch. A named contact for 24 months, a rotation reminder at 12 months, and restock quotes whenever you need them.

Procurement

Whatever you need to get this through your process

You know your own approval process better than we ever will. Tell us what it needs and we will produce it. No form is too boring.

  • Itemised quotes in whatever format your finance team wants, including ex GST breakdowns
  • Full specification sheets for every variant
  • Supplier onboarding and vendor registration forms completed
  • Insurance certificates, NZBN, GST number and bank verification
  • Health and safety documentation for site delivery
  • A sample pack for evaluation before you commit to the order
  • References from providers who have done this already
  • Pricing held for your approval timeframe, and delivery scheduled to your dates

Who we have worked with

We do not just ship boxes

Providers keep telling us the same thing: they came to us because we work on community led projects and we work with marae. That work is the reason the packs are what they are.

Alongside the gear

Kaitiaki E Tu

Our emergency planning and training programme, delivered in person with your people. If your organisation has planning obligations you have not got around to, or a team that has never actually walked through what they would do, this is the one to look at.

Priced separately from the packs. Three delivery models depending on how much you want to run yourselves.

Talk to us about it

How it works

Five steps, no surprises

Step 01

Tell us your numbers

Who you are equipping, roughly how many, and when you need it.

Step 02

We work out the fit

A conversation about your caseload, your storage, and which packs suit which households.

Step 03

Quote and paperwork

Written quote, spec sheets, and whatever else your procurement process needs from us.

Step 04

Build and hand deliver

Packed here in Pāpāmoa, brought to you, and placed where your team can get at them.

Step 05

Briefing and follow up

We run your team through the packs, then check in at 12 months.

Get a quote

Tell us what you are trying to cover

Rough numbers are fine. We will come back with a quote, the spec sheets, and an honest view on whether this is the right thing for your people.

We reply within one working day.

Resilience Locker

For your own sites

Resilience Lockers for the sites you run

Backpacks go out the door with whānau. A locker stays put. It is a lockable steel cabinet, stocked and installed at your office, hub or marae, so the people who turn up to you in a bad week are not met by a team with nothing to hand.

  • Three sizes covering sites from 5 to 50 plus people
  • Delivered and installed nationwide, with a briefing for your team
  • Minimum five year shelf life, with a replenishment service
  • Volume pricing if you are equipping more than one site
