Make it yours
DESIGNED AROUND YOUR PEOPLE
Choose the details that help the packs work for your people: branded handbooks, service cards, mixed pack sizes and delivery across your sites. If you need something outside this list, just ask.
- Your handbook. Your logo and your own emergency plan printed into the handbook inside every pack. Minimum order quantity applies.
- Your service card. Your contact details inserted in each pack, so the household has your number when they need it.
- Mixed sizes on one order. Match each pack to the household, rather than issuing one size across your whole caseload. A kaumātua living alone should not be handed an 8.5 kg pack.
- Split delivery. One order, delivered across as many of your sites as you need.
Delivery and handover
We do not courier you a pallet and wish you luck
Packs locked in a storeroom nobody can access have not helped anyone. We deliver them in person and set them up so your team can get moving.
- Hand delivered. We bring the order in person and put the packs where they are most accessible for the kaimahi doing the distribution.
- Handover briefing. 45 minutes with your team before the first pack goes out: what to say at the door, what to tell the household to add, and where it should be stored.
- Documentation. Inventory list and expiry schedule for your asset register, supplied with the order.
- Then we stay in touch. A named contact for 24 months, a rotation reminder at 12 months, and restock quotes whenever you need them.

Over 200 backpacks. One kaupapa: helping Hauraki households feel more prepared. In July, we delivered emergency preparedness backpacks to Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki, supporting their teams as they equip households across the region. For rural communities, access and emergency response times can look very different. By working alongside organisations already connected to their people, preparedness becomes more accessible — helping whānau get the right tools when they need them.
