Questions hosts ask
How long does it last on the wall?
The contents have a minimum five year shelf life when stored cool and dry. We will remind you when key items are due to refresh, so it is never quietly out of date.
What size do I need?
Match it to the most guests you would have on your busiest night. The 1–2 suits small units and rooms, the 3–4 suits family units and motels, and the 5–8+ suits lodges and group accommodation. Larger sites often hold one pack per building.
What if we use it or it gets opened?
Get in touch and we will help you restock quickly so you are covered again. Better to use it than need it and not have it.
Can I get them for several properties?
Yes. We work with property managers and multi site operators on volume orders and a simple rollout. Use the bulk enquiry above.
Is shipping included?
Flat $10 shipping NZ wide, usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days. Free pickup is available from our Papamoa warehouse.
