How long do the contents last?

The contents have a minimum five year shelf life when stored in a cool, dry place. We can remind you when key items are due to be refreshed.

What size do I need?

Choose a size based on the maximum number of guests you may have onsite. The 1-2 pack suits small units and rooms; 3-4 suits family units and motels; and 5-8+ suits lodges and group accommodation. Larger sites may choose to keep one pack in each building.

What if the pack is used or opened?

Get in touch and we can help you replace or refresh the items that have been used, so the pack is ready again.

Can I order for several properties?

Yes. We can help property managers and multi site operators coordinate orders across several locations.

Is shipping included?

Flat rate $10 shipping is available across New Zealand, usually delivered within one to three working days. Free pickup is available from our Papamoa warehouse.
