We work alongside marae and community groups to understand local risks, vulnerabilities and existing preparedness. This helps identify what resources, infrastructure and planning may be needed to strengthen community resilience.

Tailored Preparedness Projects

Every community is different. We design resilience solutions that reflect the unique needs, hazards and capabilities of each rōpū, ensuring the final project is practical, relevant and community led.

Funding Support

We help communities explore and access proven funding pathways that have supported resilience projects across Aotearoa, assisting with scoping, documentation, quotes and planning along the way.

Training and Community Networks

We connect communities with trusted training providers and support relationships with Civil Defence and local authorities to strengthen local response capability and coordination.
