Yes. We encourage you to personalise your pack with medications, important documents, pet supplies, baby items and spare clothing.

Food rations are compact emergency bars that provide essential calories when regular food is not available. They are ready to eat, require no cooking and have a 20 year shelf life, making them useful for long term storage.
